About Us

Don Fallenbaum, M.Acc, CPA/CFF/ABV
As the firm's principal, I have been in practice for over 20 years. I hold a Masters Degree (M.Acc) in accounting with a specialty in taxation. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), hold a Series 66 Securities license, and a prestigious Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the State of Florida. I also hold the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV) designations.


I strongly believe in giving back to the community. I am a former City of Sunrise City Commissioner, Former Chairman of the Sunrise Chamber of Commerce and Tamarac Chamber of Commerce. I currently serve as a Director and Treasurer of the Sunrise Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee, and member of the City of Sunrise Small Business Advisory Board.
