They function as a liaison between the real estate agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and attorneys throughout the process. Once the contract is fully executed, our TC's comes in and create an organized timeline of important dates and a comprehensive action plan to follow, ensuring a smooth and successful closing. Our main focus is to assist buyers and sellers in navigating the entire process from beginning to end. We offer real agents more than a TC, we offer leverage with expertise.
