Allied Building Inspection Services - Customer Marketing Specialist

Allied Building Inspection Services is seeking  an outgoing individual to join our Marketing Team. This person will help distinguish our company with professionalism, best practices and deliverables that build customer loyalty.  Among the responsibilities of the role are:

  • Maintain/Grow existing relationships with brokers and agents through prospecting via telephone, Zoom (or such platforms) and in-person with communications highlighting Allied Services & follow-up routines.
  • Showcase Allied Building Inspection Services in a positive light as well as market and promote our services.
  • Secure presentations and coordinate dates with the Growth Department.
  • Attend industry events and assist in organizing marketing materials.
  • Assist with Marketing Campaigns including, but not limited to the three yearly Allied VIP & Allied Premier Agent Campaigns.
  • Perform special request as needed.
  • Develop new Business via telephone and mass communication such as email to introduce Allied Building Inspection Services.  This will include setting up meetings that can potentially increase our presence in a given market.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships with top producing agents by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities.
  • Work with Growth Director and Marketing Coordinator to determine prospecting program pains and development.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze prospecting reports and dashboards on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • HS Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or professional license.
  • 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships.
  • Excellent Client Service Skills.
  • Must be well organized with a Customer Service Oriented approach.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Must have the ability to collaborate as a Team Player.
  • May require physical demands i.e., lifting of Marketing Materials.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
