Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge, self-manage projects and will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. Responsibilities • Handle and coordinate active calendar • Manage email • Create listing presentations with CMA's • Manage and oversee all transactions from beginning to end • Provide marketing support as needed • Input new clients to CRM and create searches • Prepare contracts and leases • Manage weekly meeting tasks • Attend property inspections • Attend property photoshoots • Manage client’s services • Manage company bank account and monthly accounting Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Real Estate administrative experience • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
